Liberatory Coaching & Erosomatic Healing
When we make peace with our bodies—and when we let pleasure be present as a real, honest part of life—our creativity and clarity return. Our best thinking comes back online. We become more ourselves. And from that place, we can build intimacy, practice boundaries, and move through the world with more choice. My offerings of liberatory coaching and erosomatic healing are invitations for coming home to your whole self—mind, body, spirit, and the deep wisdom you carry beneath survival.
Liberatory coaching supports you to unwind internalized oppression, reconnect with your values, and move toward choices and practices that feel more spacious, and aligned while being rooted in community care. Erosomatic healing invites an even more intimate remembering: that pleasure, sensation, breath, and desire can be sacred medicine, not something to fear, minimize, or perform. Together, these offerings create a grounded container for unlearning what was never yours to hold, strengthening your capacity to feel, receive, and set boundaries, and reclaiming embodied aliveness as a pathway to liberation—one that honors your lived experience, your lineage, and the worlds you’re helping to build.
My coaching and healing offerings are grounded in my training through Coaching for Healing Justice and Liberation, The Amina Institute of Embodiment & Healing, and The Strozzi Institute for Somatics, and shaped by my own healing journey as a survivor, my love of sacred sexuality, and my ongoing ancestral journeys.

Liberatory coaching supports your growth and healing in the context of the systems you’re living inside—not by treating your struggles as personal failures to “fix.”
It weaves together inner work (nervous system, emotions, beliefs, needs, boundaries) with outer realities (oppression, culture, work, family, community), so you can:
Unlearn internalized oppression and the “shoulds” you were trained to carry
Reconnect to your values, dignity, and agency
Build embodied practices for safety, regulation, and resilience (breath, pacing, grounding, consent)
Make choices that align with your purpose and well-being—without abandoning yourself
Deepen your ability to be spirit-led—listening for what is true beneath noise, urgency, and conditioning, and relating to intuition, prayer/ritual, ancestors, and the sacred in ways that feel grounded and alive
Strengthen your capacity for interdependence and community care rooted in self-love
Liberatory coaching supports you to clarify what you want, notice what’s in the way (including systemic harms), experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others, and build supportive structures—so your life can feel more spacious, true, and free.

Erosomatic healing is a body-based healing practice that works with eros (life force, desire, pleasure) and somatics (the felt sense of the body) to support recovery, wholeness, and embodied freedom—especially for people whose relationship to their body, sexuality, or desire has been shaped by trauma, shame, oppression, or disconnection.
At its core, it treats sensation as information and medicine. Instead of pushing through or analyzing from the head, erosomatic work helps you gently track what’s happening in your body—breath, tension, numbness, warmth, emotion, impulses—so you can:
rebuild safety and consent in your body
soften shame and widen your capacity for pleasure and receiving
explore boundaries (yes/no/maybe) with clarity and compassion
integrate trauma responses (freeze/fawn/flight/fight) through slow, resourced embodiment
reconnect to desire, aliveness, and spiritual/ancestral wisdom in your body
It’s typically guided through practices like grounding, breath, movement, voice, touch with consent (often self-touch), visualization, and ritual—always paced, choice-centered, and responsive to your nervous system. It’s not about performance or “fixing” sexuality; it’s about coming back into relationship with your body as a sacred home.
