We must change, radically, individually, and collectively. It is a call to grow into our own authority, a call to become responsible to ourselves and to others.
— June Jordan

I partner with social justice organizations, foundations, and community leaders to co-create pathways toward liberatory transformation. My approach is grounded in decolonial feminist values, healing justice frameworks, and somatic wisdom. I believe meaningful change happens when organizations align their internal practices with their external commitments to equity and justice. Through collaborative research, strategic facilitation, and embodied learning, I support teams in cultivating cultures of care, accountability, and collective power. My work centers communities at the margins and supports them in shaping values-aligned approaches to learning, governance, evaluation, and funding. I've had the honor of working with many local and global organizations to deepen their commitment to justice through participatory methods and liberatory practice. This work is not just professional for me—it’s personal, political, and ancestral. I bring my full self to every collaboration, honoring both the complexity of systems and the wisdom of those most impacted.

  • Design and operationalizaton of research, evaluation, and learning processes. Coaching support for teams to design their own processes and build internal capacities and systems. Learning workshops for organizational leadership, boards, and funders to better support liberatory and feminist approaches.

  • Design and implementation support for community driven visioning and prioritizing for the future while building from learnings from the past. Participatory development of and support with ongoing use of change roadmaps and program theories.

  • Design and facilitation of gatherings and retreats that help organizations and groups slow down, reconnect, and move forward with greater clarity and cohesion. Rooted in embodied, liberatory, and healing-centered practices, my facilitation supports teams to strengthen relationships and trust, name what matters most, and align around shared goals and collective values. Through thoughtfully structured experiences—grounding, reflective dialogue, somatic practices, creative visioning, and courageous conversation—I help groups surface what’s true, metabolize what’s been hard, and generate a spirit-led, actionable vision for where they’re headed together. The result is a container where people feel resourced enough to be honest, brave enough to imagine differently, and supported to translate that vision into next steps that are both strategic and values aligned.
